Bottle… Clear amber ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Great retention. Grainy, fruity aroma provides subtle notes of pale grains, caramel/crystal malts and a touch of lime. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with lively carbonation. Well-balanced and technically nice, but uninspiring; pulling up just shy of nondescript. Short, crisp, clean finish. Refreshing, at least.

12 oz bottle. Amber-golden beer, creamy off-white head. Aroma is of caramelly industrial pale malt. Flavour has a fairly citrusy limey quality that isn’t there in the aroma at all. The citrus gives it a soapy and fairly nasty quality. Meh... the worst fo the Blue Moon seasonals I’ve had so far.

Poured from the bottle this has a decent look to it, a billowing white head (with loads o’ lace) floating atop a clear, pale amber body. The aroma has some soft wheat scents covered by sweet (?) lime juice. When you taste it, it goes to the typical Wheaties flavor with a hint of caramel and a good dose of watered down lime-ade splashed in. I rather not have this again.

Light golden color with a modest white head. Hints of pale malt are overtaken by lime zest, and dry flowers. Hints of pale malt, light grain, citrus and light zest. Dry moderately bitter finish, with a caffeine bite. Somewhat quenching. Perhaps a hot some day would be the time for this rather than the springtime.

Bottle: Pours an amber color with an average creamy white head. The nose is a bit citrusy with yeast, wheat, hop and a bit much alcohol. Seems more of a blend of these that comes together rather than lime. The flavor has a moderately malty body with a weird lime/basil and green curry note. Finishes lotiony and lightly belgian with the lime and wheat notes combining. Not that bad considering the company. Wouldn’t drink again though.

Bottle from Krogers. Poured a hazy amber with a moderate frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light sweet citrus aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light bittersweet citrus flavor with a light bitter finish. Worth trying once.
