Pours a crystal clear gold with a moderate linen white head that was gone after two sips and left a few streaks of lace. Barely noticeable aroma of malt and grain. The flavor is again malt and grain followed by a moderate dose of hops bitterness that is basically flavorless. Uninteresting, even for a lager. keepersj12 (811), Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 2, 2009 Decent lager. Nice looking amber with a big head. A bit skunky like most lagers. Bread malt flavor. PhillyBeer2112 (2089), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 30, 2009 Clear copper color, foaming head. Light perfume nose, a touch spicy. Clean balanced flavor profile, with sweet bready malts, light bitterness that balances, minimal hop flavors. Reminds alot of Yuengling, only a little better! Elwood (677), Leesburg, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 13, 2009 Draft. Pours golden amber with a creamy off-white head. Grainy nose with light perfume notes as well. Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel. The palate follows the nose with grainy notes, a bit of perfume, and a decent hop bitterness to balance things out. Medium finish with some lingering bitterness. A tasty lager that is very sessionable. CUJO (367), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 10, 2009 Bottle VA: Nice brew! The nose is a complex mix of hops, jerz (earthy, dirty), some sugars. Taste reflects the same, carbonation is medium and rinses the alcohol well. The bitterness hits the tongue first, giving way to some sweetness and smoke, ending again with the bitter hops. merlin48 (519), New Tazewell, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Bottle pours a hazed amber with a healthy offwhite head that leaves abundant lacing. Floral and spicy noble hops aroma. Light medium body has a creamy carbonation. Taste is well balanced, with a subtle malt sweetness that struggles to balance the bitter hop profile that is mostly spicy. a hint of ripe pear adds complexity. A very drinkable and well executed lager. beerandIT (190), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Very drinkable. Exactly what you want in a lager. Slight malt in there as well. Laces the glass nicely for a lager as well. Get it! guzzler67 (1286), Hanover, Maryland, USA
