Sep 7, 2009 Bottle thanks to Mar. Pours a very light crystal straw yellow. Aroma is a very nice, clean apple with some faint cinnamon. Flavor is nice, crisp apple with some light sweetness. Mouth feel is light body with crisp carbonation. Overall, a pretty tasty cider.

Sep 3, 2009 ( 750ml bottle, courtesy of mar ) Pours a pale yellow body with a spare rim of white bubbles. Light aroma of earth, apple, and some notes of white grapes. Weak flavor of apple and earthiness with a thin, somewhat watery mouthfeel for a cider.
