Jan 16, 2009 Bottle at the brewpub on 11/21/2008. Cloudy orange body wtih a huge rocky off-white head exploding out of the bottle. Sweet candi sugar, caramel, and light barnyard aroma. Sweet caramel, candi sugar and light barnyard flavor. Medium body with high carbonation. It’d be interesting to see what this does with more age if the bottles stay in tact.

Nov 27, 2008 This is the normal Mandolin refermented in the bottle with brett. Served ice cold at the brewery. We had a fairly calm bottle, but apparently they have had some rockets. Pours a hazy orange-peach color with a huge white head and very lively effervescence. Aroma of banana, stone fruits, caramel, bubblegum and light brett. Taste is pineapple, subtle brett, apple and bubblegum. Full bodied.
