Tap at the brewery. Deep golden colour, thin white head. Aroma is very grainy with a light cidery note. A bit of bubble gum. Flavour is fairly strange with a grainy malt backbone and a hint of smokiness as well. Earthy/woody hoppiness. Okay, but not great.

Tap @ BP. Hazy light copper color with a small off-white head. The aroma is light and malty. Light malt flavor with a crisp and dry moderately bitter finish.

Draft. Pours a golden body with a white head. Sweet with some fruit esters and a mild warming with some grain. A lightly floral citrus character but bread y at the same time. Okay.

Ok-- first of all the brewery said that this was 7.5% but it tasted like it was 5%. Very light yellow color with fading head. Flavor and aroma is dominated by a ligth maltiness and backed up with a hint of hops. Very drinkable.

Cask @ Brazen Head. Gold color with a small but smooth white head. Aroma is malt and honey. Taste is very creamy and smooth with a citrus hop bite and a nice grainy flavor. Finishes smooth but somewhat bland.

On tap @ Mr.Goodbar. Light malty aroma, golden, with a tiny white head. Huge malt flavour at first, very bitter hops, and then a lovely butterscotch meringue, with something akin to allspice. Full bodied, tongue tingling, very well balanced. A wonderful little surprise!

Odd beer - initial flavors are of hops, but those quickly fade and make way for light, fruity, belgian-like flavors - apples, pears and citrus are all evident - drinkable, but they make much better.
