Light apricot color with a thick white head that falls quickly. Big hops and a little bit of citrus and yeast. Thin body with more bitterness. Finish has a hint of metal reminiscent of zinc tablets to go with even more hops.

On draught @ Ginger Man. From a cask.... little or no carbonation or head, it’s thin and flat, hoppy aroma slightly citrusy taste. A subuded IPA...

Bottle. Hazy golden beer, fine head. Full flowery hoppy aroma, the proper malty body to go with it. Ripe summer fruit, peach and orange, ending up in a grassy dry finish. Lovely with tasty food, I had some Parmesan cheese and cured spicy sausage..

Pour is cloudy orange with a decent off white head. Aroma is piney and kinda floral. Flavor is mild up front, but has some harsh bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle poured a lightly hazy copper with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of earthiness, pine, carmel and light grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a lightly dry finish. Flavors of carmel, earthiness, pine and light citrus with a smooth lightly dry lingering moderatly bitter finish.

Bottled October 2008. Pours a clear light amber with a fast receding off white head but decent lacing. Nose is lots of sweet caramel – most of the hops have left. Taste is pretty much the same with a mild pine bitterness in the finish. Medium, sticky mouth feel. I think this one is past its prime unfortunately. I’ll have to rerate it if I can score a fresher one to do it justice. I’ll give it higher score than it deserves now, as I think it’s a better beer than what i’m drinking.
