Mar 2, 2008 This beer was a real pleasure, being a Long islander I was proud that such a great IPA was brewed so close. Can’t say I’m a fan of the bottle or the name really but man is this a great IPA, it’s hoppy and well balanced. I highly recommend this beer to any true IPA lover.

Mar 1, 2008 Draft at Mad Mex (Monroeville). Pours a pale amber, small beige head. Aroma is slightly hoppy and sweet. Flavor is the same but more subdued. A smooth, decent beer, but not hoppy enough for me.

Feb 25, 2008 This is one very tasty IPA. Its not the strongest, but it is very smooth and drinkable. Kind of reminds me of an "IPA light" if such a thing exists. Would enjoy this anytime!

Feb 17, 2008 poured a yellowish orange with a thin head. Medium hop aroma with a pretty strong hop flavor.Finished lasted a bit. Nice IPA

Feb 16, 2008 Nov. 2006 - Pour was copper colored, two fingered head that left amazing lacing...rings at every sip which just hung around. Yeasties left in chunks at the bottom. Okay, after the amazing appearance, this is just a typical run of the mill grapefruit filled IPA. Some sweet malties as well, but really harsh grapefruit bitterness and a oily mouthfeel that wasn’t overly pleasant. Forgettable, except for the way it looked.

Feb 15, 2008 It is quite malty for an IPA. Very citrusy hop character, lemon and grapefruit all the way.

Feb 6, 2008 Copper almost bright color with small head. Flowery and citrusy hop aroma with notes of black currant. More flowery-citrusy hops in the flavor with firm honeyish malt backbone. Soft bittersweet and honeyish finish.

Feb 6, 2008 A decent IPA. Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. A nice hoppy aroma, but it is not overpowering. A little bitter aftertaste and a almost a slick feeling to the mouth. Nice amount of citrus and pine hops to the beer though. Pretty well balanced, I thought it was a lighter IPA.
