Dec 1, 2007 Bottled, thanks to somebody out east! Poured medium golden/orange with a bunch of floaties from the last couple ounces. The aroma picked up a nice assortment of lighter and citrus fruits above a caramel base.. took on an enjoyable juicy complexion as it warmed up a bit. Lower carbonation helped the juicy pear, grapefruit meat, and caramel maltage glide slowly over the palate.. building pear, pine, and grassy bitterness also played well in here.. sweet, yet adequately bitter finish stuck around for quite a while. Medium-bodied, and again, the lower carbonation worked well.. long, rewarding finish. Excellent beer!

Nov 26, 2007 Pale amber copper pour. Citrus hoppy smell, not overwhelming. Sweet hoppy taste with good mixture of orange citrus.

Nov 25, 2007 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 24 Nov 2007) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrussy notes of orange and mandarin. Fruity, aromatic taste with notes of orange peel, spruce needles and floral hops in a finish with brilliantly balanced bitterness. Malt and caramel lingers in the background. Nice balance, hoppy and tasty without being overly aggressive. Very nice beer.

Nov 19, 2007 Pale orangey gold, murky with floaties. Lazy bubbles. Small marshmallow cream head leaves sticky clumps of foam on the glass. Restrained yet concentrated aromatics; floral (roses, marigolds), grapey, spicy, herbal, and coniferous. Bready, honeyed malt. Exceptionally balanced flavors of fruit, bitterness, and crackers dipped in sorghum. Nuances of apricot, walnut, sultanas, orangewater. Palate is interestingly full and meaty, yet at the same time dry and tingly. Bittersweet and minerally, gin-like finish… lingering peppery/spicy/fruity aftertaste. Damn fine IPA!

Oct 26, 2007 very hoppy nose. Coppery pour, decent white head. Pleasantly hoppy flavor with a nice malt body. Slight bittersweet finish. Nice.

Oct 8, 2007 Bottle. Pours a golden amber body with thin head. Aroma is of citrus hops, perfume. Flavor is sweet malt, citrus, grassy hops. Lightly carbonated and a smooth body. Very quaffable.
