Apr 13, 2007 Light amber pour (ontap) tan diminishing head, decent lacing, hard to smell due to all the smoke in this suburban Philadelphia bar, not too hoppy, decent balance, slight dry finish, very enjoyable, I ordered 2!

Apr 11, 2007 (Bottle) Pours orange amber. Green hop aroma with tones of peaches, pine, lychee, grapefruit and other citrus fruits. The malt is a bit syrupy and tiny caramelly. Fruity, hoppy flavour with tones of pine, oranges, grapefruit, apricot, pineapple and a small floral touch. Soft mouthfeel with a mega dry ending. Medium to full bitterness. Medium body. Nice.

Mar 30, 2007 Sampled with Stegosaurus at Issac Newton. Copper Pour with mild hop aroma. Floral taste. Reminds me of 60 minute IPA blended well but a little short on punch. Still a good brew.

Mar 13, 2007 Bottle. To me IPAs are all about aromas, and this beer has it in spades. A perfect balance of moderate smells of hops and malt. Notes of caramel, cookie and grapefruit immediately stood out. Hints of pine, dough and maybe a little cherry follow. Head is frothy with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is a clear orange/red. Taste starts out lightly acidic and is lightly bitter in the long finish. Palate is medium light, oily with soft cabonation. I can’t wait to visit this brewery next time I’m in LI.
