MadIndian (987), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 30, 2007 Sampled with Stegosaurus at Issac Newton. Copper Pour with mild hop aroma. Floral taste. Reminds me of 60 minute IPA blended well but a little short on punch. Still a good brew. sean1981 (3), palisades park, New Jersey, USA does not count Mar 30, 2007 very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BREWMUSKCLES (1062), New Jersey, USA Mar 29, 2007 a real quencher. we have all been hopticalled down at penn station nyc. sic@rosa’s pizza. you don’t describe hoptical aleheads you just buy it and drink it. glennmastrange (807), hobe sound, Florida, USA Mar 13, 2007 Bottle. To me IPAs are all about aromas, and this beer has it in spades. A perfect balance of moderate smells of hops and malt. Notes of caramel, cookie and grapefruit immediately stood out. Hints of pine, dough and maybe a little cherry follow. Head is frothy with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is a clear orange/red. Taste starts out lightly acidic and is lightly bitter in the long finish. Palate is medium light, oily with soft cabonation. I can’t wait to visit this brewery next time I’m in LI. Linc (736), Sydney, Australia Mar 13, 2007 Quite pale, strong fluffy head. One dimensional hopping, characteristic cascade hops are nice at first, but become a little overwhelming as things progress. Dorwart (1807), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Mar 11, 2007 Thin head with decent carbonation. Lots of light and fluffy floaters in there. Big hoppy aroma with lots of resinous hops and pine. Some caramel malts also. Color is a fuzzy bright orange. Sweet and malty up front then the hops slap you in the face mid swallow. Big dry roasted peanut skin bitterness. I think that this is balanced very well. Dry with a little roastyness but predominantly big and hoppy. Little alcohol presece. Lingering bitterness and hoppy dryness. I like this brew a lot. Capa (952), Yokosuka, Japan Mar 4, 2007 Pours gold with a little red. has a Small fizzy white head. Citrus and grassy hops are present, but not as strong as in most IPAs. Floral and fruity sweetness are also there, as well as some malt. Nice, but could use a stronger aroma. Medium, creamy body. Has a very good flavor, but again, not like an IPA. Sweet fruit, citrus, and floral hops are the most noticeable. A touch of grass comes through in the light bitter finish. I don’t see the india part of this pale ale. Pretty decent, though. Arayaga2 (933), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 3, 2007 Updated: Nov 25, 2007This was not what I was expecting. The hops were there, bit not present in the way the name would suggest. Mildly aromatic, mild tasting tourist IPA, not that there is anything wrong with that. $1.50/12oz
