Nov 30, 2006 12 ounce bottle from my SS winter 06. Pours dark gold/light amber with a gooey white head that leaves loads of lace. There is a slight dry hop haze that is always welcome.Pungant citrus, leafy grass hop aroma. A bit of a grassy hop flavor. A touch of sweetness to balance. Clean bitterness. Nothing to exciting here. Medium on the body. Dry finish. Nice drinking beer.

Nov 23, 2006 Orange with thin white head.
Spicy aroma with notes of fruits, fresh hops and citrus.
Citrus flavour with notes of hops, tea and fruit. A bit sweet. Dry, stabbing bitterness.

Nov 19, 2006 (cask at Gingerman) Partly cloudy copper body with a long lasting white head. Intense oak, pine and orange zest aroma. Body felt tailor made for a cask conditioning, soft, viscous and oily. This oily texture holds together eathy spices and citrus fruits flavours. The malt is there to support the flavours but not add to them. The carbonation was very soft even by cask standards. As far as american IPAs are concerned this one is more refreshing than aggressive. Very good. If you drink six of them, women start to look better than they really are, that’s what I call a Hoptical Illusion.

Nov 19, 2006 12 oz bottle. Clear orange with a frothy white head. Orange, grass and honey. Sweet grapefruit and orange zest. Moderate carb, medium light, little oily. A good IPA but nothing really stands out.

Nov 13, 2006 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a thick head and lots of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and quite hoppy. I also noted grapefruit in the aroma. The flavor starts out a bit sweet and finishes fairly bitter. Some grapefruit and pine in the finish. Very colorful packaging !

Oct 27, 2006 On tap at blue point brewery, aroma of awsome west coast hops, grapefruity citrusy goodness, carbonation fits the spiciness of the hops, medium body, slight malt sweetness, overwhelming yet drinkable hoppiness, having one begs you to have another. one of my personal favorites (although consistancy from batch to batch is not very solid), I always have a six pack in the fridge.
