Pours dark gold/light amber with a gooey white head that leaves loads of lace. There is a slight dry hop haze that is always welcome.Pungant citrus, leafy grass hop aroma. A bit of a grassy hop flavor. A touch of sweetness to balance. Clean bitterness. Nothing to exciting here. Medium on the body. Dry finish. Nice drinking beer. DrBeer (777), Danderyd Stockholm, Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 19, 2006 (cask at Gingerman) Partly cloudy copper body with a long lasting white head. Intense oak, pine and orange zest aroma. Body felt tailor made for a cask conditioning, soft, viscous and oily. This oily texture holds together eathy spices and citrus fruits flavours. The malt is there to support the flavours but not add to them. The carbonation was very soft even by cask standards. As far as american IPAs are concerned this one is more refreshing than aggressive. Very good. If you drink six of them, women start to look better than they really are, that’s what I call a Hoptical Illusion. TheEpeeist (1443), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA

Sweet grapefruit and orange zest. Moderate carb, medium light, little oily. A good IPA but nothing really stands out. Blackbarrel (116), new york, New York, USA
