Chipper (180), Red Lion, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 4, 2009 Hoppy aroma, with a moderate off-white head. Creamy and hoppy flavor and it’s very smooth. Nice stuff. Jblauvs (531), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Jul 31, 2009 golden pour, fizzy offwhite head quickly disappears. aroma is light citrus hop. nice medium mouthfeel, citrus hops and a bit of sweet malt, a bit bitter in the finish.. basically your typical ipa, nothing extraordinary going on here. however, that being said, this is well made and refreshing. a nice ipa arventresca (334), Greenville, North Carolina, USA Jul 25, 2009 Bottle. Nice hopy flavor with a clean finish. Stronger that it seems as far as abv% goes. Nice beer. hershiser2 (902), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Jul 17, 2009 Bottle. Light amber with a nice, fluffy head. Light citrus, mainly grapefruit in the nose. Light flavor (at first). Gets a bit heavier with nice, not strong hops. Not great, but worth drinking. Magicdave6 (5400), London, Greater London, England Jul 15, 2009 Bottle thanks to the bosses had in the rake. Alround rating: Pale american 6 row malt, light citrusy american hop, but its thin and i finish it feeling like i want more. ALCOHOLNIZM (59), WARWICK, USA Jul 12, 2009 GREAT NAME FOR THIS NICE GOLDEN CLEAR ALE WITH LITTLE TO NO HEAD. NEARLY ODORLESS AND LITTLE HOPPY FLAVOR TASTES LIKE A LIGHT VERSION OF STONE OR DOGFISH IPA NOT MUCH GOING ON BUT STILL QUITE REFRESHING I COULD THROW DOWN A FEW OF THESE ANY DAY ITS EONS BEYOND A MACROBREW BUT NOT A TOP NOTCH MICRO BREWED IPA. joebudzjoe (222), Connecticut, USA Jul 10, 2009 Tap @ Monster B’s. This beer stands out to me compared to other IPAs because of its creamy texture. There is also a sweet cherry note with the aroma. Quite wet palate for an IPA. Rather original for an IPA. nearbeer (1833), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 8, 2009 Draft in Portsmouth, NH. Amber with a lasting quarter inch of creamy foam. Aroma of caramel malt and citrus. Front of big caramel malt is nicely dried by resin and grapefruit finish. Near-medium body is smooth and well-dried on the end.
