Dec 11, 2005 Bottle via axilla. Best by mar, 06. The brew pours to a golden amber body with a gold hue to it. There is a dense and creamy/rocky white head. Excellent lacing. The aroma is hoppy with pine and peaches. Decent malt to it. The flavor is malty and bitter with pine and citrus hops. Light grapefruit and peaches. The palate is creamy, medium bodied with a light lasting bitterness and good feel. I could drink a bunch of this. Very malty for an IPA.

Dec 6, 2005 Thanks to secret santa. Lots of pine sticky hop resins. Almost no malt detectable in aroma. Flavor has same piney hop bite with some cirus sweetness and faint malt in the background. Long lingering spicy hop aftertaste. Nice lacing. A little one dimensional.

Dec 1, 2005 A light hazed golden/copper with a thin but holding off-white head. Aroma suggests that sweet malts will accompay piney hops. Additional notes of Juicy Fruit® gum and grapefruit. Flavor is all hopped-up goodness, bitter and fruity within a well-carbonated, spicy mouthfeel. Malts are not as sweet as expected and provide enough balance to make this a sessionable IPA.

Nov 24, 2005 Brewtopia 11-12-05. Poured hazy yellow with good size head. Nose was big hops, and citrus. This was a fine IPA, good mouth feel and sweet/hop after taste.

Oct 28, 2005 Nice hazygold pour with small white head. As can be expected, it had a very hoppy aroma, little bit of dried fruit. Grassy on the aftertasted, well-blended and textured, overall a good specialty IPA.

Oct 19, 2005 An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy as well as very fruity. The flavor is sweet with light notes of alcohol coming thru the notes of grass, and leading to a dry hoppy and bitter end.
