Flavor is a bit light in the malt body, but quite hoppy. The citrus/grapefruit variety. lively carbonation, and nice sharpo bitter trailer. Nice IPA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 1, 2007 Bottle. Has an orange/amber color with a dense one finger head. Aromas are predominantly pine... a bit of a skunk cabbage smell that from time to time is detectable along with some grapefruit. Flavor is fairly heavy on the piney hops and is mostly bitter. That said, there is enough malt to make it mostly enjoyable. Refreshing but could have just a bit more of a malt presence. mjs (1542), Helsinki, Finland

Flavor of floral, semi-sweet, malt, and a small bitter. Overall, kinda light, but pretty good. LilBeerDoctor (1531), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light orange with a small white head. Aroma of pine bitterness and citrus. Flavor dominated by sharp pine bitterness which bites at the palate. Some hop oils and a barely there malt backbone. This is a decent IPA. jasonp (1513), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Pours a classic copper with a white head, unfiltered with some floaties in there - which I don’t mind. Pleasant floral/grapefruit hop nose of moderate intensity. Flavor has notes of grapefruit/citrus, orange, light pine, light base malt and minimal caramel - which is why I think the flavor is holding up well on this bottle that has been in my fridge since December. Well-balanced with ample yet smooth bitterness. Medium bodied with a smooth texture and and moderate carbonation. Solid IPA. 17thfloor (1508), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2008 Pours a clear amber with a small white froth, not very rich looking. Aroma is sweet and fruity, not a whole lot of hops, lots of crystal malt though. Light flavors for an IPA, crystal malt, light hopes, some pine and soap, a bid of citrus. Light grapefruit finish. Weak body, light carbonation and kinda watery. Not terrible, but definitely not clean, some off flavors. dmac (1504), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 30, 2008 12 oz bottle purchased at EZ Liquors. Pours a clear reddish amber with a large frothy off white head. Boozy aroma especially for a beer thats only 6.2%, vegtable notes, grains, caramel and old hops. Flavor thankfully is a step up from the aroma with notes of caramel, hops, and grainy bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a bitter finish. Solid IPA but don’t go knocking down any doors to get this one but also don’t pass it up if someone offers you one.
