Aug 29, 2009 Clear amber pour with high carbonation and a one finger large-celled white head that leaves moderate to minimal lacing. Aroma is caramel biscuity with an odd yeasty citrus profile. A bit of soap in the nose near the end. Flavor is mild and astringent with some resinous citrus and adjunct. Chemical and soapy with a mildly bitter finish. Palate is thin and a bit acidic that finishes semi-dry. Not impressed.

May 11, 2009 12 oz bottle. Light floral earthy hop aroma with caramel maltiness. Clear dark golden with small white head. Earthy hop flavor with some balancing caramel maltiness. Fairly dry finish with lingering bitterness.

Spicy aroma with notes of fruits, fresh hops and citrus.
Citrus flavour with notes of hops, tea and fruit. A bit sweet. Dry, stabbing bitterness.

Mar 5, 2006 Bottle. Poured your basic translucent amber/gold....small whitish head. Nice hop nose...and the flavor follows suit. Decent maltiness to back things up. Medium bodied...decent bitterness. This is a pretty good IPA....wouldn’t mind having this one again.

Jul 7, 2007 Pours an orange amber color. Aroma is strong hop with floral and citrus notes. Taste is lemon with a wonderful hop characteristic. This is one of my favorite IPA’s.

Feb 12, 2005 Bright golden brew with a very hoppy nose. Big fruity flavors, peach and tropical mostly. Very nice brew!

Nov 20, 2008 Brewed in the USA !!! Pours a med amber color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus, apples, and spices. Taste of hops, fruits, and caramel. There is a mild bitter aftertaste.
