On tap at Bocktown. A slightly better than average IPA, though I thought this was an APA by the taste. The aroma was of a slight hoppiness with a little fruitiness thrown in. The pour was a typical brownish red with no head. The taste was a citrus-y hop that died before the swallow. Had that taste followed through in the end, this would have been a great beer. Unfortunately this beer was a "hoptical illusion" of a great beer.

Cask @ waterfront-manhattan. Hops aroma, not a lot more, but for whatever reason not bad out of the cask.

[Bottle, February 2007] Orange/ Yellow pour. Aroma is pine and moss. Flavor is pine and potpourri. Exceptionally bitter and crisp mouthfeel.

Nice aroma, good head that lasted throughout. Nothing special here just a good solid IPA. Good Citrus hop flavor.

Poured into a pint glass with a golden colour, fizzy small head, lots of partiuclars. Aroma is floral with a ctirus aroma, grapefruit and hints of pine. Taste is medium hops, light malts, hints of grapefruit. Taste on the palate fades quick. Medium Body and good covering lacing.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market, Short Pump, VA. Pours a clear light copper color with a medium head. Fair head retention and lacing. Faint aroma of caramel and resiny hops. Taste is very hoppy... citrus, pine, resin. Caramel malts as well. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus and floral hops, ever so slight malt. Flavor continues to lean very much toward the hops with JUST enough malt to keep it from lacking all body and character. Hangs on the edge of a 3+, but does firmly establish itself there by glass’s end.
