This really is an outstanding beer. Every aspect of this beer was great. They didn’t seem to "over" do any portion from hoppiness, bitterness, aroma. Well balanced and very tasty.

Pale orangey gold, murky with floaties. Lazy bubbles. Small marshmallow cream head leaves sticky clumps of foam on the glass. Restrained yet concentrated aromatics; floral (roses, marigolds), grapey, spicy, herbal, and coniferous. Bready, honeyed malt. Exceptionally balanced flavors of fruit, bitterness, and crackers dipped in sorghum. Nuances of apricot, walnut, sultanas, orangewater. Palate is interestingly full and meaty, yet at the same time dry and tingly. Bittersweet and minerally, gin-like finish… lingering peppery/spicy/fruity aftertaste. Damn fine IPA!

Very fresh hop character from start to finish. Aroma is intensely piney. Light straw gold color with good lacing. Generously hopped flavored with a strong finish. Superb beer.

Draft in Portsmouth, NH. Amber with a lasting quarter inch of creamy foam. Aroma of caramel malt and citrus. Front of big caramel malt is nicely dried by resin and grapefruit finish. Near-medium body is smooth and well-dried on the end.

Bottle. To me IPAs are all about aromas, and this beer has it in spades. A perfect balance of moderate smells of hops and malt. Notes of caramel, cookie and grapefruit immediately stood out. Hints of pine, dough and maybe a little cherry follow. Head is frothy with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is a clear orange/red. Taste starts out lightly acidic and is lightly bitter in the long finish. Palate is medium light, oily with soft cabonation. I can’t wait to visit this brewery next time I’m in LI.

Pale amber copper pour. Citrus hoppy smell, not overwhelming. Sweet hoppy taste with good mixture of orange citrus.

Pours gold with a generous white head. Smells of pine, pepper, some floral hints. Tastes dry and grassy with some nice spicy hints. Well balanced and enjoyable.
