This poured a solid copper in color with a thin head. The nose is filled with lots of sweet citrus and tropical fruits with a touch of crème, herbs and caramel. In the mouth it is medium-bodied with plenty of carbonation and a dry, slightly bitter finish. Overall, this was well-balanced and enjoyable. If this was a local, it would be easy to put this in a regular rotation.

A nice brewery-fresh taste right from the start and lasts throughout. A well balanced hop aroma and flavor. Very enjoyable alone without food.

Poured a clear gold with a thin white head. Big aroma off citrus and pine with sweet malt underneath. Malty sweet moving to a piney hop flavor and a bitter but sweet finish. Light to medium body and silky. Good balance. I would love to have this as a session beer.

Thanks illinismitty. Pours with a golden orange body topped by a thick head with lots of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and hoppy with nice grapefruit notes and an underlying pine note with a touch of malt. The flavor is slightly sweet and malty quickly turning bitter and hoppy with notes of pine and grapefruit. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch warming.

Lightish Orange body, pretty quickly fading head. Great, strongly hoppy aroma - as expected with a good IPA. The flavor is also true to the style: A hint of sweetness, a good sharp bite. This is a nice bitter one for sure! The hops do linger, and they are definetly the highlight of the beer. Some grapefruit, some...green apple also. A nice new IPA without the sticky sweetness of many of the West Coast IPA’s.

A decent IPA, but without a strong kick like I expect from the best IPA’s. I agree with Notalush about BP’s ESB - that is, their ESB is smoother and just as well-hopped, as well as cheaper. A nice beer that I would happily drink again.

Pours a bronze to gold color, froathy white head. C hop aroma and flavor. Well made but typical. This would make a good go to beer if it was available here(it isn’t so I gotta thank Slob for it). Moderately bitter. Dry finish.

Bottle - big props to slob for sending this goodie my way. Pours clear amber with a large white head that lingers well. Nice fruity aroma, tangelo, pineapple and toffee with a nice hop counterpoint that’s herby and orange peel in scent. Nice flavor, sweet and earthy, green pear and grass notes with light lemon and spice in the finish. Medium body and subtle carbonation. This is a good IPA - more in the refined English style rather than the in your face West Coast style. Very pleasant.
