Astringent hoppy notes and a touch of toasted grain. Not much sweetness. Dull golden amber clear with a thin, dissipating white head. Medium thin body with medium carbonation. Starts with some roasted grain and light malt sweetness. Mild sugar. Light acidity with carbonic gaseousness. Pours pale orange gold, white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grass. Flavor is malt, slight molasses, wheat, caramel, hops bitterness. Hoppier than I expected.
