Commercial Description:
Blue Point Brewing's Toasted Lager is our flagship product. Copper in color this brew is made from Six different malts including: English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes it easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish. The "toasted" part of the name refers to our direct-fire brew kettle; hot flames imparts a toasted flavor to our most popular microbrew.

clear amber, whispy white head, slightly sweet toasted and viena malt aroma, nice sweet malt flavor with a good toasted character, enough hops to balance and only add a slight amount of bitterness in the finish

Draft. Aroma of some toasted malt. Flavor is bready malt, somewhat light like most american lagers, but with a toasted/roasted malt aspect to it. Good twist on the typical american beer style.

6-pack from Bottle King, Wayne, NJ...bottle pours amber in color with a frothy white head...sweet grainy aroma...I see what others are saying about the watery taste/mouth feel, but the flavor is not bad overall...light malty and sweet, leaves a bit of lacing...quite refreshing, went down fast...decent drinker on a warm day.

draft- where’s the toast? All I taste is lagery sweetness. Prefer this over macro versions, but not my favorite style.

Grainy and robust yeast aroma. Light orange color with a white fluffy head. Refreshing, sweet and lightly tangy taste. Light palate.

Comes off very well with a deep rich color and flavorful fragrance but seems to lose it in the taste. Slightly skunky and watery tasting.

12 fl. oz. bottle. Amber colour. Crystal clear. Medium-sized white head. Lightly hopped malty lager aroma. Vienna malts, or light münchner malts. Light-bodied. Quite thin with little flavour except the light nutty malts. Neutral crisp hops.
