Flavor not so good, a bit weak, with watery butter and cereal grains. Ok overall, nothing special but I’ve been craving a good lager for a while and this one works. dunkelbitte (20), New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 28, 2007 On tap at a promo night at Andy’s in Bagota. Pours a beautiful amber with a clear body and minimal head. There is definitely a toasted flavor to this beer and you can smell it before you taste it. Malty enough to be called a lager with just a little bt of hops for balance. Frauditor (152), Hagerstown, Maryland, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 18, 2007 If you take this beer in context, it is actually quite excellent. It is usually served along side Coors and Bud Light here on Long Island. Nice slight malty aroma and flavor. Nothing complex but it still has a lot more character than its competitors. Not something I would seek out but ok none the less. Ambrose (141), East Aurora, New York, USA
