Commercial Description:
Blue Point Brewing's Toasted Lager is our flagship product. Copper in color this brew is made from Six different malts including: English Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Wheat and Belgian Caravienna. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes it easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish. The "toasted" part of the name refers to our direct-fire brew kettle; hot flames imparts a toasted flavor to our most popular microbrew.

wow, a very good lager with lots of flavor and hearty tones without being too filling. Great color and appearance with excellent lacing and body. Very drinkable and excellent palate. No bad aftertaste or bitter finish. Very well done!

On tap at Woodfire Pizza and Wine Bar, Tampa, Florida. A clear copper color with little off white head. Very malty with subtle burnt caramel taste. This lager has a very smooth palate and finish. This beer reminds me of "Chimay Red" I could be enjoyed on a regular basis.

On tap at The Half Pint. NYC. Copper body with malty and fruity nose. Taste of malts. A bit cloying and syrupy. Some toastiness in the finish, but not all that either.

330 ML Bottle in USA. Med Amber color, little head. Fake citrus aroma. Hoppy un natrual sweet sticky taste. Palate is hoppy. This is the typical Ice Cream flavored brewery stuff. Not good.

A pale golden lager with a very bitter and harsh aftertaste, maybe due to the roasted malts, but it was a good beer not the best and frankly I expected better from a small brewery

Bottle thanks to someone, slips the memory. Copper body with a slick white body. Grassy nose that’s rather earthy despite the citrus...the toasted malt and hop are very straightforward with strong caramel. The toasting is very nice in the flavor, also some hop and grain through the finish. Short finish. Nice lager.
