NachlamSie (1630), Tennessee, USA Feb 5, 2006 draught. Crazy Willy is a rich amber hue with no head, really. It’s got a thin honey aroma. Flavor is non-offensive and palatable: sweet, creamy, the hops are virtually undetectable until the end when a bittersweet woody note becomes apparent. Not bad, but not really a winter warmer. Earns some brownie points for being named after a cool Scottish janitor.
