Jun 26, 2009 On tap at the brewpub in Greenville. Bright yellow pour with a decent white head - not murky like a hefe should be. Some cloves and bananas in the aroma.Flavor has some decent coriander notes with some nice bubble gum notes but finishes a bit too tangy. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Slightly below par brewpub hefe.

Jun 16, 2007 Tap. Sour malt, clove, banana, orange aroma. Hazy pale yellow with next to no head. Sweet banana/orange with a strong clove wheat flavor - a bit cloying but helped out tremendously with the lemon slice.

Apr 29, 2004 A very average take on this style. This one to me is kind of light for the style, with out alot of the yeastiness that I crave, a light clove and banana are present but are definitely afterthoughts. The flavor is kind of musty, damp and sweaty. Other than lacking in body and flavor it was great.
