On tap at the brewry 10/29/08. Hazy gold with a small white foamy head. Nose is yeasty, perfumy, tangy, spicy. Taste is nothing like the nose, very tart, bitter with alcohol well hidden. Not a bad beer but different than most Belgian singles I’ve had.

Sample at Brewery(8/25/08)-Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. It had an aroma of nothing. Taste of dryness and yeast. This light bodied brew came across with a Saison like taste. Overall not a bad brew.
