Cavie (1317), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Mar 4, 2009 Clear amber pour. Hoppy aroma. Weak taste of hops for the style. Decent finish. A smoother than your average IPA. theisti (1640), Leawood, Kansas, USA Jul 14, 2007 3 oz. sample from Dustin (server) at brewpub. Pour is a cloudy orange with a very small off white head. Aroma is all orange juice. Taste is a bright citrus hoppiness that fades nicely into a malt backbone. This was a good one. DewBrewer (265), Austin, Texas, USA Feb 11, 2006 Cask-conditioned pint. Cloudy golden cask-conditioned beer likely served through a sparkler. Nice head. The aroma is quite nice with plenty of citrus goodness. Great flavor with a nice green hoppiness and plenty of hop flavor (which is what we like in an IPA). Very drinkable as good cask beers are. The cask is probably cutting down on the bitterness but we didn’t try it on draught to compare. Good beer.
