Moderately sweet, moderately acidic (tart) flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly acidic (tart), lightly bitter finish. Medium body, creamy/watery texture, soft carbonation. The bottom line is: there’s a tasty fruitiness upfront which fades to a raw, yet smooth, floral finish.
