Jan 24, 2006 Tap @ Blake’s. I’ve never seen this before, but it looked pretty standard for a wheat. Murky golden yellow with a small white head. Flavor is fresh, slightly malted, and citrusy. I wasn’t expecting this in January...

Feb 27, 2005 Bottle poured cloudy yellow with no head or lacing.
Aroma is crisp, malty, and a bit of citrus.
Flavor is very light malt, creamy and just a touch of hops on the finish.

Jul 29, 2004 Draft, shaker. Aroma is mostly hay and clove with a background of spicy/earthy hops. Malt (L), yeast (L), hops (L). Deep straw body is quite hazy and topped with a diminishing “whipped cream” head. Lightly sweet, moderately acidic (sharp, tart) flavor becomes a moderately acidic (tart), moderately bitter finish. Medium-light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: a refreshing thirst quencher with enough hop bite to make it interesting.
