| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 26, 2006 Pours a burnt-orange color with a small, tan head that dissipates quickly, and leaves a lot of lace. The nose is quite intoxicating, with nice hoppy citrus notes. Very smooth, with a medium body and nice finish. Good stuff... RAYBOY01 (1868), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 17, 2006 Great looking APA: copper pour with fluffy off-white head that disperses quickly. Caramel and toffee malt with some bread dough undertones, seem to dominate the flavor. Impressive bittering reveals itself in the strong hop notes of citrus and pine. Quite good and a perfect session ale. kseecs16 (914), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 12, 2006 Draught, at the airport location. A cloudy copper with a light tan head that leaves lots of lacing. The aroma is lightlly hoppy and fresh. Not an overpowering hoppy flavor but a nice bitterness. Nothing over the top and pretty straitforward and incomplex. I did not detect much outside some hints of pine along with the hops. Felt smooth in the mouth with a lingering flavor. Good solid drinkable beer. ELPADRINO (70), The Woodlands, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 7, 2006 Pours burnt orange with healthy head that laces the glass well. Aroma is flowery hops. Medium body with strong hops bitterness. Low carbonation; smooth going down. Bitter taste stays on the tongue a long time after the swallow. Not very complex, but not a bad pale ale. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 7, 2006 Bottle. Orange color with a mdoest head. The aroma is quite strong, more like an IPA, very pronounced hoppiness. However the flavor then is not following through, it is not very bold, rather like a typical Pale Ale.
I would not say that it is watery, I would call it medium bodied. The finish is of a lingering bitterness. In conclusion this is a solid APA. barleyPops (1081), Quad-Cities, Illinois, USA

rich amber in color with an off-white head. piney hop aroma and first sip is rather bitter. flavor is more hops than malt but overall very enjoyable and thist quenching. NYHarvey (2154), New York, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 3, 2006 Pine tinged hoppy aroma. Copper/amber with a firm two finger thick tan head. Fore is hoppy with resinous piney notes and a thin, but quaffable palate. Light malts through the middle with a crisp hoppy finish. A very solid brew that stands out in that it delivers taste and drinkability without attempting to push any boundaries and risking failure. IMtheOptimator (1161), Bethel, Connecticut, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 31, 2006 Poured a clear dark amber with a white head. Aroma of one-dimensional pine hops. Flavor is clean pine hops, somewhat thin with a dry finish. Light, refreshing, not too bad.
