| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 18, 2009 Cloudy orange color with low head and only a little lacing. Great hoppy nose with floral notes. Taste is overpoweringly hoppy, but not very complex. I like it because I like hops, but there are better Pale Ales. ben4321 (1060), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma: Nice floral hops with some citrus zest, grapefruit, a bit of pine
Appearance: Orange-amber pour, about a half inch of frothy white head, light movement in the glass, decent amount of lacing
Flavor: Nice amount of hops, decently balanced from the malts, but the hops dominate in a good way...
Palate: An impressively full body considering the appearance, clean
Overall Impression:
An enjoyable example of the APA style, I really liked this one... beerchugger (309), Colorado, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 7, 2009 Pours a nice deep copper color with a full thick rocky white head. Loads of carbonation floating to the top. Smells of floral hops, a hint of citrus, and a surprise hint of chocolate. Flavor is actually a little sweet for a pale ale. A decent malt background couples the bitter hops rather well. The chocolate is discernable as well. Pretty decent. Butters (1654), Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 28, 2009 Pours a near clear burnt orange with small islands of clear bubbles. Nose is a complex bouquet of fruity and floral hops. Flavor is decidedly bittered with the same hop profile. Nice for the style, but not as good as dales or anything. can8ianben (914), Pasadena, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 20, 2009 Pleasantly hoppy - in the pine note sense with some subtle citrus notes. Strong bitter finish. Well balanced, nice sweet smooth middle balance from the hops. Orange in color, a thick white frothy head that disappeared quickly. Soonah (980), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 30, 2009 Turbid brown and copper on the pour. A short white head and below average lacing. The aroma was soapy and perfumy pine hops. Light citrus and barely any caramel malts. The flavor was super dry pine and floral hops. The mouthfeel was as dry as sandpaper. Better the longer it opened up. Pretty average. livelaughlovep (96), Lakewood, Ohio, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Apr 27, 2009 Highly unimpressive. Very bland flavor, weak malt/hops presence that dumbs it down to a watery, "Beer" flavor. Like Heineken or something. Honestly one of the worse beers I’ve drank...
