Bluegrass Chai Meade

Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of insane chai spiciness, and that’s about it, I wish there was more to smell. Taste is 100% chai. In a blind smell/taste comparison to brewed chai tea, I doubt I could have detected the difference. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly sticky with light carbonation. Chalk this one up as a failed experiment, I don’t think I would have served this one.

Chai Mead? huh.....honey spices tea......doesnt sound bad........could be very bad.......but ill give it a chai.... clear golden with a quickly disappearing white head. cinnamon nutmeg candy aroma. not bad. spicy.....way too spicy flavor with a slightly sweet floral backdrop......but the spicy and sweet are very disconnected unbalanced.....well the flavor is a mess. thin watery and fizzy. spicy........blah........it is watery spicy sprite blah......uhhh just not good at all. really really bad.
