Pours reddish brown with a mostly receding light tan head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon and Christmas spices. Taste of gingerbread, cinnamon, spiced bread, caramel, and sweet syrup. Mouthfeel is full bodied and slightly sticky with soft to moderate carbonation. Very nice spiced aled.

tap.dark copper pour. reminded me a bit of anchor osa, spiced nose, a bit too much lavender like taste to it. biscuity and chalky. does not sit well with me. seemed a bit hollow. it was hard for me to put words to this. because it is not a bad beer, i just do not like it. my cousin loved it though.

Draft: Not a bad Christmas ale. A bit on the trendy side with all the spices. Nutmeg and ginger? Orange flavors as well, light body, copper color, and little alcohol for a winter beer. Soft as well. Only on draft in the fall and winter months.
