Sample #12 at 1st CST. Pours a hazy straw color with a thin white froth. Aroma of peach ice-cream and peach yogurt, pleasant. Flavor is moldy, funky, totally infected in a not lambic way, super bitter astringent. Thin watery body.

Nov 28, 2009 750 ml capped and corked bottle, purchased at BBC St. Matthews. Bottle is about 6 or 7 months old. Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours a hazy light orange color with a half inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. Aroma is sweet and sour peaches, and a bit of funk and apple (well, peach) vinegar. The taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of of some lemon peel and an earthy taste. It starts off a bit acidic, but it mellows out once the beer warms up some. Has a nice lingering tart finish. Mouthfeel/body is light, and it has good carbonation. Drinkability is OK enough. Not a bad beer at all, it’s certainly better compared to the BBC Quad/Lambic. I’d revisit this brew in the future.

Nov 13, 2009 ( 750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours clear yellow, with an oily head. Nose of funk, barn, wet hay. Taste is very funky, sour, linger of funk. The finish is bad and oddly sour.

This was a complete and total dud. I really have no idea what they were thinking when they bottled this besides the fact that somebody out there would buy it. I’m glad I got mine as a gift; that way I feel far less guilty about having dumped two-thirds of it down the drain. Unless you really must have every single lambic on the planet skip this one. There are literally thousands of better beers on any shelf.
Aroma / Appearance - Carbonated, bronze, and transparent this smells like Peach Jolly Ranchers that have melted in the sun. There is no tartness at all. If there were such thing as a pure brett beer this would be a definite contender.
Flavor / Palate - Malty with a dry aftertaste this has very little character. At least Lindenman’s oversweetened messes are sugary like a soft drink. This is like watered down swill. I almost am afraid to open my last bottle but I know at some point I will torture myself again.

Oct 26, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is peaches, slight tartness, not that great. The taste is slight bitterness, fruits, pith, and peaches. The look is amber in color with a thin head.

Sep 30, 2009 Courtesy of bu11zeye. Hazy amber with little head. Apple cider aroma with mild sour cherry. Nice sweet tart flavors of apple skin sour cherry and lemon. Not that bad.

Sep 28, 2009 Bottle from bu11zeye. Poured a clear golden color. Aroma was slightly sour, attic, hint of peach. Flavor was dusty, butter, corn, sweet peach, and attic.
