Commercial Description:
A European style lager brewed from the finest quality pilsner malts. This beer is fermented at a lower temperature than most Australian lagers, and employs an extended maturation period. These combine together with a mixture of kettle and late hopping to yield a crisp pale lager

Botthe from BevMo. Medium golden in color. Grainy nose with a little bit of malts. Bitter grainy flavors up front. A little matiness. A touch of hoppiness in the finish.

Bottle acquired in Phnom Penh. Bright yellow-gold. Small head. Nice fresh grain aroma balanced by grassy hop. Clean palate with soft carbonation. Balanced flavors, definitely more refined than a macro swill. Unpretentious, easy-drinking quality with a sweet flavor profile.

(bottle - 375 ml) Clear gold with a fizzy white head. Aroma is dry and grassy with some bitter hops and corn. Flavor is bitter and sweet at the start. A lot of grass and hay with stale hops and an odd corn sweetness. Mildly refreshing.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear yellow golden with a medium frothy white head that lasts awhile leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a skunky corn malt and grain. Thin mouthfeel with a light malt with grain and corn. Not much going on with this pale lager from Boag.

[Bottle] Pours a light yellow color with only some fizzy white head. Grains and grass in the nose. The taste was pretty unremarkable, with light hopping and grass notes throughout. Sweet and light in body. Not very memorable or good.
