Commercial Description:
A Belgian Wheat Beer with an Asian flair. In designing this beer we were looking for a beer that would be refreshing with seafood, spicy food or a vegetarian meal. The light lemon flavor blends well with the flavors of garlic, chilies and cilantro.

Pretty basic wheat. Virtually no aroma, and a pretty one dimensional flavor. Little bit of lemon grass, a bit yeasty, but otherwise watery.

Decent brew, but lackluster, compared to the other fine beers that Brian Boak is creating. Still better than most other Belgian Witbiers I’ve had. A tad boring. even for the style.

Hazy yellow, not much head. Aroma has some citrus, wheat, and some sweetness. Taste is sweet and light, some yeast and wheat. Very light and thin.

Bottle thanks to my Secret Santa. Holy hell, what a bottling issue...less than a centimeter worth of head space...oh well, more beer for me. Pours with a small white head and a pale yellow body, with a slight haze beneath. Aroma is light, with bready malts, a touch of coriander, and a bit of honey and lemon blossom. Taste is bland, water, light malt notes, very light witbier yeast presence, a bit of cardboard and lemony seltzer water. Not offensive, but rather boring (makes Blue Moon look interesting). Medium carbonation over a paper thin body. Not bad, but not good at all.

12 oz bottle from Oak Tree. Poured a slightly brownish yellow with a large bright white tight bubbly head. Aroma was unoffensive with notes of lemongrass, slight wheat, yeast. Medium bodied with a slightly sour finish and average carbonation. Flavor was a slight step back from the aroma with the yeastiness disapearing and the sourness from the lemon picking up. the remainder along with a touch of wheat and grass. Ah it’s drinkable but not memorable.

12oz. Bottle: Faint aroma of slight spices, and slight lemon. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that disappeared. Cloudy. Slightly sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, lemon, water, and a little yeast. Medium body. Tingly, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Wheat and lemon finish. Not very good. And how is it a "Double" Belgian Wit?

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden body with a white head. Lemon grass and wheat. Floral citrus, and a spicy pepper note or of some spice origin. Hmm odd ball.
