oh6gdx (6339), Vaasa, Finland Oct 22, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with stuff floating around. The head is mediumsized offwhite and creamy. Aroma is acidic, alcoholic, sour fruitish and a bit earthy. Flavour is acidic sour fruits along with yeast. Once the flavour settles a bit in the mouth it also has a quite sweet alcoholic and fruity peak. The aftertaste is almost like fruitpie mixed with bread. Alcohol gives the beer a big sweet peak, but mixes in quite well. Once it warms up a bit yeast and spices also makes it’s way in the flavour. A bit like an imperial witbier or something... (read: Witbier with lots of alcohol in it). fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Bottle at Delirium Café, Göteborg It has a blond color, a fruity-malt aroma; the flavor is quite strange: sweet malt, light fruitness, light spices, light vegetables, light iron… A bit alcoholic. The usual Huyghe one. TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Mar 28, 2006 Bottled (BB 05/2008)
