Apr 29, 2009 Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Clear golden with rich airy head and lots of sediment. perfumy honeyish nose. Very sweet (like always from Huyghe) with plenty of viola and honey. Near full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Lightl salty bitterness. Dripping sweet like most beers from this brewer, but with somepleasant flavours to balance it.
