| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with stuff floating around. The head is mediumsized offwhite and creamy. Aroma is acidic, alcoholic, sour fruitish and a bit earthy. Flavour is acidic sour fruits along with yeast. Once the flavour settles a bit in the mouth it also has a quite sweet alcoholic and fruity peak. The aftertaste is almost like fruitpie mixed with bread. Alcohol gives the beer a big sweet peak, but mixes in quite well. Once it warms up a bit yeast and spices also makes it’s way in the flavour. A bit like an imperial witbier or something... (read: Witbier with lots of alcohol in it). SHIG (2051), Aviano, Italy

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 30, 2006 (Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden color with a medium, big-bubbled head. Acidic-alcoholic aroma with pear-fruitiness and lots of honey-sweetness. Acidic, apple-peary flavor with yeast and some alcohol burn. Medium-bodied, slightly sugary-acidy palate with soft carbonation. A typical Huyghe brew with the emphasis on sweet alcohol. Can’t believe this is the longest rating of this one so far ;) Jukkabro (3039), Tampere, Finland
