Thought this was amazing - wonderfully sour and acidic in just the way I love. Wish that this was more widely available and told the brewer and owner just that.

Strong stable sourness, the vinegar cuts through everything. A sourness that shivers down the spine. A bit too much even for me, any nuances in the beer base is lost. But try it if you can! anders37 (4760), Malmö, Sweden

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Nov 28, 2009 The clouded yellow colour preempts the huge lemony aroma which is cut with a dry woodiness. It lacks any carbonation whatsoever, which is a shame as I believe with would add a touch more delicacy to it. Without it it seems to sit a little heavy on the tongue. Massive tart and fruity jong lambic style stuff. In fact it’s like a blend of a Berlinner Weiss, an excellent blond and a superb jong lambic. So fruity, tart and refreshing. Bloody hell. Was not expecting this to be so good. Absolutely blown away. harrisoni (6830), Ashford, Kent, England
