It lacks any carbonation whatsoever, which is a shame as I believe with would add a touch more delicacy to it. Without it it seems to sit a little heavy on the tongue. Massive tart and fruity jong lambic style stuff. In fact it’s like a blend of a Berlinner Weiss, an excellent blond and a superb jong lambic. So fruity, tart and refreshing. Bloody hell. Was not expecting this to be so good. Absolutely blown away. harrisoni (6794), Ashford, Kent, England

Thought this was amazing - wonderfully sour and acidic in just the way I love. Wish that this was more widely available and told the brewer and owner just that. yespr (12024), Copenhagen O, Denmark
