Cornfield (4263), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jul 28, 2005 This pours a clear, rich brown body with a slight reddish highlighting and a healthy tan head. The aroma is caramel malt filled with alcohol and sweet spices. Light bodied but bubbly in the mouth, it has a sweet malty taste with dark dried fruits, candy sugar, some hot spices, and a definite alcoholic bite. It’s got a warm, sticky, bittersweet finish and an alcohol afterburn. Not bad.

Pours a dark brownish color with a light brownish head. Aroma filled with malt and candi-sugar and barley.
Taste comes with dark fruits (cherry, prunes or raisins) spices, possible cinamon and coriander.
Beer is very well balanced and really reminds us of the festive times of the end of the year during the cold season.
Beer gains a lot of lavors as it warms up, a little roasted towards the end.
