Light bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Nothing special but not bad. shawnm213 (990), South Bend, Indiana, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 30, 2009 I drank a lot of these before I became more snobish in my likings. I liked the creamyness provided by the device inside the can and the smooth slighlty sweet taste. Now that I know other bitters, I feel this is a rather boring beer, with not much hop bitterness in the taste and somewhat quite watery. Not an awful product from a macro, though... | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 28, 2009 This was like drinking a watered down re-refrigerated can of beer from your pantry. The appearance was deceptive in that the color made my mind at ease. Disappointg considering the cost was 8 bucks for 4 pint cans. WesKBob (321), Bethany, Oklahoma, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 27, 2009 Pours golden orange color with a huge, thick off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts and a hint of citrus. Flavor is a letdown--it’s like drinking a Black and Tan if the two beers were mixed together and then watered down. Just couldn’t get into this one. sirpsycho (351), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Mar 26, 2009 Tap. Pours a straw yellow, easily the creamiest head I’ve ever encountered, interesting "sifting sands" look as the head settled. Aroma is almost sweet corn, maybe a touch of malt. Flavor is an uninteresting combination of malt and maybe some hops. Very watery. My first bitter, not really digging it. phildiesel (1), Durham, North Carolina, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Had on tap...Pours golden color with longlasting head similiar to Guiness. A little bitter but sweet too. Light tasting and creaming smooth finish Great beer...recommended!!! ROGUE (700), Newark, Delaware, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Nitro pint can and on tap. Pours a deep golden straw color with a thick and creamy everlasting head and little lacing. Has the appearence of a blonde Guinness. Very light aroma that has a bitter sweetness. Taste is light and creamy with bitter roasted malts and a slight sweetness. A little too thin and watered down but not bad overall.
