Warm golden amber with a creamy head. The aroma is pretty neutral, but it has hints of caramel and some light fruits. The flavour has notes of mild fruit, caramel and citrus. The finish is a bit too heavy on the grapefruit, otherwise an inoffensive beer. 1831

The best thing about this one was the setting I had it in. The English pub in Epcot. I was getting harassed by a New England crowd for wearing a Steeler sweatshirt, and rightly so, but this helped take away the sting of taunting. Session -style, okay.

CAUTION! Nitrogen capsules have a mind of their own. Pours a beautiful rich clear golden & creamy white swirl with a big smooth creamy white head. Sweet honey/malt aroma. Extremely smooth malt flavor with a bitter metallic finish. No carbonation what so ever, like high density water. This stuff drinks very fast. Gets a 3 for the palate because of uniqueness, it just works somehow.

pours a darker amber with a with a white head. aroma is a little hoppy, a little malty. basic. mid-bodied. nothing exciting, and given the price, i wouldn’t even bother.

Pint can. They started selling this at the bar on campus. Very watery and lacking texture. A little disappointing. on the other hand, its pretty smooth.

16oz Nitro can from a local grocery store. Pours a translucent golden-amber with a respectivle inch or more of off-white head. Biscuit malts show through in the aroma with very little else I can notice. Biscuity and somewhat roasty malts along with a good dose of English hops characterize the flavor initially, but give way to a fairly clean finish. Thick (no doubt due to the nitro), yet oddly aqueous in the mouthfeel with few to no bubbles - almost flat. An easy drinker for sure, but by no means as complex or flavorful as its counterparts in the style. Not much going on here. Not that impressed with this one overall, though at 5.99$ per 4-pack, it’s at least cheaper than a lot of its competition.

Pours with a nice head, but too much of a wattery texture for me. This beer could have been much stronger. I wasn’t very impressed overall.
