Bottle from Foreign Bar, Bedford BF ’09. Unpleasant appearance: muddy brownish yellow with a gushing white head. Sweet candy aroma, perhaps with some slightly artificial strawberry. Taste is really rather nice, smooth, malty and yeasty. A little dryness. Good beer; pity it looks revolting.

Bought a bottle in Ann Arbor Michigan. Quite tasty - citrusy, lemony, with some clove and honey. Unfortunately my bottle seems to have been very old - big brown chunks floating in the bottom. Ugh. Carbonation was very light and almost fizzy. Would definitely drink again.

Botella. Bit hazy golden orange colour with a huge head. Sweet and fruity yeasty aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with honey, has a good maltiness, yeast and citrus, a pleasant soft bitterness and mild spice.

Bottle. Cloudy dark golden beer with a strong head. The aroma and flavour is lightly spiced, lightly yeasty and dulled fruit. Overall an average Belgian ale.

Bottle. Hazy orange brown with a white head. Aromas are dark honey and spices with toasty malts. Yeasty with alcohol. Flavours are sweet biscuit malts with some brown sugar. Pear and mellow citrus with some sherbet and a yeasty, spicy finish. Fairly bitter on the finish. There is a light honeyed sweetness throughout with some floral notes.

Bottle. Pours an amber golden body with an off whit head. Earth y tones, citrus and some light honey notes, a spicy yeast character. Nice brew.

Very fizzy bottle, very big white head and golden colour, smell: sweetness, honey, coriander, fruity. The beer has a very nice overwhelming honey taste, a bit bitterniss. Also yeasty, fruity and malty. I don’t think it’s a very complex beer but I like because of it’s refreshing aspect!

Bottle 33 cl. colour is golden orange with a lovely head. The beer started to foam heavily when pouring it out(the second time I experience this with a Bieken) and I had to pour it out into two glasses. Beside this, the beer tasted wonderfull with notes of honey and yeast. Not too bitter, lovely sweetness (and yet not too sweet): a lovely combination of tastes. I really like this stuff!
