ZBF 2008: Hazy dark brown with red edges and a small off-white head. Roast, honey, and brown sugar. The roast and sugars are very nicely balanced. The flavor is quite sweet but the roast helps to keep just under syrupy feeling. Some cherry that at points comes across as artificial cherry flavoring. Some tea leaves in the long cherry and sugar finish with a drop of honey. The low CO2 makes this beer seem too sweet by the time you get to the bottom of the glass.

Dark brown colored pour with medium sized head. Hoppy, sweet syrupy aroma. Sweet malty with hints of chocolate. Ok!!
