Mar 17, 2008 330 ml bottle. Golden colour. Crystal clear, but with yeast at the bottom. Small white head that clings to the glass. Sharp prickly in the nose. Yeasty. Notes of honey. Pepper and alcohol. Sharp bitterness and a biting peppery edge. High carbonation level. Powdery texture.

Feb 12, 2008 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and some fields during springtime. Also some spicyness as well as wood. Flavour is yeast, fruits and some malts. Grassyness comes in the aftertaste along with yeast and some mild spices.

Aug 1, 2007 Bottle at home ... Light Golden orange ... lovely belgian spiced hop nose ... flavour doesnt match the nose ... with some spicy hop ...little malt ... but no real balance to it.
Flavour drops badly on sitting out.

Jul 20, 2007 Erupted out of the bottle on opening, unfortunately. Small offwhite head. Light amber body. Spicy fruity honey aroma, kind of sharpish, and semi-alcoholic. Spicy, peppery fruity malt taste, kind of hot, with alcoholic notes. Rounded taste. Dry, wooden honeyish aftertaste. Nice! (0.33l bottle from Dorstvlegel, Antwerp.)
