Bottle. [Courtesy of BelJohansen, another great session @ yespr] Huge fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Excellent lacework. Somewhat clear and flat looking body. Aroma of dusty grain, sweet bread, citrus, fruit. Coriander and banana. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with light acidic. Spicy sweet finish.

Bottle. Gold, good white head and good condition. Malt and yeast in the nose with a slight infected yeast note, quite yeasty and full in the mouth with some fruity sweetness, genle yeasty bitter finish.

Bottle, Trollenkelder, Gent 07-12-07 Poured orange/amber with white fluffy head. Qute startling bitterness with yeast and hops also racing around. An interesting and very nice beer. Had this at Mes’s 20-06-08 in the company of Mes, Ang and Loz, many thanks Mes for your generosity Spicy nose, slight bitterness fanning out, soft on the tongue, like Mes points out there is a medicinal quality to this beer but its very nice for it and finishes candy sweet, I rated this 3.6 last time and 3.5 this time we’ll leave it as it stands.

Bottle. Beautiful cloudy copper-amber with active carbonation up to a huge white head. Nose is slightly acidic with peach and apple notes and some bready aromas deeper down. Lots of spice up front folds into a balance of fruit, sour yeast flavors, and alcohol. Balanced and lovely flavor, sweet finish. Palate is a bit harsh at first but smooths out nicely. Head retention is perfect and leaves the most beautiful lacing.

Bottle. Creamy white and long lasting head. Hazy orange body. Strangely weak aroma of bisquits and a bit of oranges. Again I am amazed about the weak flaovr of such a strong beer. Well you can taste the alcohol but it is not too much of a good thing. Otherwise the hops and bisquits can be tasted. Low carbonation and a long oranges/grape fruit aftertaste.

Very strong yeast taste, this beer can be recognised from thousands of others because of it’s unique taste. I’m giving this beer a good score because of it.
