It has big bubbles, but it don’t disappears quickly. The aroma of roasted malts, dark bread, a little chocolate and toffee. The taste is a little sweet, a little bitter, covered with dark malts and chocolate. The alcohol of 9,5 % is covered as well. Aftertaste is a little dark fruit. A very good beer. Malt dense and fruity aroma with a light yeasty spice note. Flavour holds a mild overripe fruity note to a nice and solid caramel malt flavour and a light yeasty spice note. Pours out in a hazy brown colour with a rich lasting white foam. Yeasty aroma of figs, canned pears, brown sugar and nuts. Full-bodied and malty sweet with notes of toffee, milky chocolate, nuts and brown sugar with touches of black pepper. Long malty sweet and warming finish of raisins, pepper, brown sugar, fudge and alcohol.
