[Bottled. Big thanks to Stouby] Dark brown, huge creamy head. Caramel nose along with candi sugar and saaz hops? Chimay style, subtle, gentle and not very pronounced in aroma. Flavour is rich caramelly and longlasting, light licoricy and tidbitty smooth mouthfeel with a clear but present alcohol warmth. Bit sweetish but still dry.

Dark mahogany colour, thick off white head. Sweet, candy-ish, sugary nose, with typical belgian yeast hints. Full bodied, sweet, sugary flavour with some fruity notes.

Bouteille,Voyage Europe 2005.
