May 31, 2005 Copper colour with a small tan head. Malty aroma with a nice hoppy touch. Malty dark fruit sweet flavor with a nice balanced alcohol finish.

Feb 22, 2005 Warm brown color with small formed foam. Marsalla and malts in the nose also good spicyness and a touch of sour apple. Taste is malty and light spicy and ends with a light sourish accent.

Feb 20, 2005 This beer has a light brown body - hue apperance and a coarse light brown scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is sweet with a little bit spicy afther tast and spicy smell.

Feb 19, 2005 Light red-brown beer with off-small head. Aroma’s of malts, candy sugar and some fruits like rubarbe and some herbs. Taste is sweet and malty with hints of greek yoghurt some fresh herbs, also a touch of Port-wine with a lemony accent.
