Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet and quite spicy combined with strong notes of caramel, as well as notes of over ripe fruit, prunes, and some yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel sauce, alcohol, prunes, over ripe fruits, yeast, and brown sugar, leading to a slightly alcoholic, dry, and woody finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours an almost clear, dark amber with a beige head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt, caramel and fruit. Full-bodied with flavours of sweet, roasted malt, some dried fruit and a lightly vinous, port-like feel. No bitterness. 090407

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown, golden, and with a slowly collapsing light tan head. Malt dense and fruity aroma with a light yeasty spice note. Flavour holds a mild overripe fruity note to a nice and solid caramel malt flavour and a light yeasty spice note. Yeasty, malty and towards light bitter finish. Nice one.
